Online Application Procedure:
Step 1: Registration
- Create an account by filling out the registration form on the right side of the home page.
- Enter basic details to create your account.
Step 2: Fill in Personal Details
- Log in to your account and fill in all basic personal details.
Step 3: Pay Application Fee
- Pay the application fee online according to your category.
Step 4: Fill in Contact Details
- Enter parent's mobile number, alternate mobile number, and other contact details.
Step 5: Fill in Address
- Enter your permanent and corresponding address.
Step 6: Fill in Examination Details
- Select your preferred examination date (Slot I, Slot II, Slot III, or Slot IV).
- Choose any three examination centres (Choice 1, Choice 2, and Choice 3).
Step 7: Fill in Academic Details
- Enter your 10th and 12th standard academic details.
Step 8: Upload Documents
- Upload a passport-size color photograph and signature.
Final Submission
- Submit your application to receive your application number.
- Take a printout of the filled application form and payment receipt for your records
ACADEMIC CRITERIA:
The candidate must be passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
AGE LIMIT:
Candidates born on or after 1 October 1997 are eligible to apply for the AIEESE (Primary) examination.
For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) categories, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years, allowing those born on or after 1 October 1992 to apply.
For online registration, please note that you will be asked to fill in all your academic and personal information as mentioned in your education certificates of the Secondary Board and Senior Secondary Board examinations.
During the process of online registration you will generate your own password.
Applicants have to pay their application fee as: For General/OBC candidates: Rs. (1450/- + GST) For girl candidates (of all category), SC, ST and PH candidates: Rs. (1250/- +GST)
The fees can be submitted only ONLINE through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Paytm Services.

When you can get back online, first check the status of your payment on the AIEESE (SECONDARY)-2025 on website. If the payment was received by AIEESE (SECONDARY) - 2025, you can continue the process of printing the application form. If the payment was not received, you have to start with the payment step again, to complete your application.
No, after completing all the steps (up to PDF application form generation) in the Online Application process, you can only download the Application Form and cannot modify the data. Hence, you need to be very careful while entering the information. You may also save a partially filled Application Form and login in again at a later point of time to complete and submit the Application Form; however it must be within the specified deadline.
You can login using mobile no. and password and take a printout if you want it for your own reference.
For PH candidates with any category of disability (viz., blindness or low vision, hearing impairment, locomotor disability, and/or cerebral palsy), the benefit will be given to only those who have at least 40% permanent physical impairment with respect to a body part/system/extremity/whole body, etc. A PH candidate, if needed, can take the assistance of a Scribe during the AIEESE (SECONDARY) - 2025 examination. A scribe is a person who can assist the PH candidate by only reading the instructions and the test paper, and also answering the question if the candidate is not able to do so.
Please go through the Application Procedure link for exact specifications for the photograph, file. If you create the file as per the specifications, then you should be able to upload the file easily.
This can happen if your Bank account / Debit / Credit Card were used more than once or you pressed refresh or back / forward button of your internet browser during the application. Any unaccounted or excess money that was received on behalf of AIEESE (SECONDARY) - 2025 from this account will automatically be returned (credited) to the same Bank account. Similarly, any unaccounted or excess money received from Debit / Credit Card account will be credited back to the same account.
This happens because of some failure in internet transactions (including failure of internet connection at your end). As soon as possible, you must initiate a fresh payment process on the website, and make the payment again. The money that was debited (taken out) from your account in the first attempt will be credited (put back) to your Bank account. You will be charged only once. Any excess / unaccounted debits will be returned to you.
Selection for AIEESE (SECONDARY) Scholarship for IIT/NIT/IIIT shall be purely on the basis of performance in AIEESE (SECONDARY)-2025 examination.
