Who appeared in AIEESE Secondary-2024 are eligible to attend online counseling of AIEESE (Primary)-2024 for ‘Admission along with Scholarship’ in AIEESE Primary participating Institutes. Read the online counseling process carefully before start the counseling.
ONLINE COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

Step I: Login and selecting the Institutes with branch:
You have to login the counseling panel, using your registered mobile number and application number. List of Institutes with branches (streams) displayed in your counseling panel according to your marks in AIEESE-2024.
Where in you have to choose Institutes along with branches, according to your priority (preference), for example, you have to choose priority 1 to that Institute in which you strongly desire to take admission along with scholarship. Kindly select minimum 25 numbers of Institutes and a maximum according to your choice with at least one branch.
Step-II: Payment of counseling fee (As a tuition fee):
After selected Institutes with branch/branches from your side, you have to make online payment through debit card/ credit card/ Net banking of any Bank/ UPI. The counseling fee of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for seat allotment will be applicable & shall be adjusted with the Institute. 1st-year tuition fee in which the student is required to pay the Institute tuition fees after deducting the amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only). In case any student declines to take admission to the Institute allotted to them at the time of counseling, the counseling fee i.e. Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be refundable.
Step-III: Downloading of Admission receipt (Provisional Admission):
After submitting counseling fee during step-II,
You can download your admission receipt after twenty working days of completion of step-II.
All details are mentioned in admission receipt like allotted Institute, Branch, reporting date of campus, Scholarship and other information. Please keep this receipt with you for all future references also, note that this receipt is important for the entire admission process. Kindly check carefully all the details of the college and all relevant information mentioned on the receipt. You are not required to be physically present at the Institute, where you are seeking admission. The verification of all original documents will be done online and as per the procedure of the admitting institute.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- You are advised to send your scanned ccademic documents (10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet & recent color passport size photographs) on info@aieeseprimary.co.in or infoaieese@gmail.com Email id.
- As per the layout of the scholarship mentioned on the website i.e, www.aieeseprimary.co.in (https://aieeseprimary.co.in/layout-of-scholarship). Participating Institutes, where the admission would be valid through AIEESE (Primary) counseling only.
- However, those students who are unable to attend the first round of counseling may attend the next round of counseling (which depends upon availability of seats), the date of which will be notified on the website (www.aieeseprimary.co.in) So keep visiting the AIEESE (Primary) -2024 for Important date/ Latest announcement.
